Why did we start HHH?

From Partners to Pioneers:

Our Story

We (April and Taryn) didn’t just share our lives – we shared a vision. Over late-night conversations and early morning coffees, we kept returning to the same truth: the wellness industry was failing people.

I’m tired of watching people chase quick fixes,” April confessed that day.

“And I’m exhausted seeing clients measure success only by what’s visible in the mirror,” Taryn nodded.

That raw, honest moment revealed our shared frustration: the wellness industry had lost its way. People deserved better than short-term transformations that inevitably crumbled.

They deserved to thrive, not just survive.

Hustle Hut Health was born from that truth. We built more than walls and equipment – we created a sanctuary where your health span can truly match your lifespan.

Step inside and you’ll find our 24-hour gym humming with possibility. You’ll hear laughter echoing from group classes where strangers become family. You’ll discover recovery rooms with saunas and cold plunges that whisper, “You’re worth taking care of.”

Our five physiotherapists don’t just treat injuries – they listen to your story. And soon, our expanding team of dietitians, massage therapists, and psychologists will address every dimension of your well-being.

Because we understand something profound: your body carries your dreams, your memories, your future.

The moment you join our community, you’ll feel it – that unmistakable sense of belonging. Of being seen. Of finally finding people who measure success not by how you look, but by how fully you live.

Your journey toward vibrant health isn’t waiting somewhere in the distant future.

It begins the moment you step into our hut.

Let's talk numbers

Don’t just take our word for it, our vision is guided by the latest research statistics, with a continued commitment to growth.

  • A study in the Preventive Medicine journal showed that older adults (aged 65 and above) who participated in regular strength-training activities had a 46% lower risk of all-cause mortality than those who led a sedentary lifestyle.
  • Engaging in regular resistance exercise can improve insulin sensitivity, enhance glucose metabolism, and lower body fat—factors that collectively reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and other chronic diseases. In fact, multiple studies suggest that those who perform regular strength training can see up to a 30% reduction in the risk of developing type 2 diabetes compared to non-exercisers.

Those who used a sauna 4 times per week for 20 mins, saw a 63% lower risk of sudden cardiac death and a significantly reduced risk of all-cause mortality.

  1. Multiple-Fold Increase in HGH

    • One often-cited study observed that 30 minutes of sauna bathing at approximately 80°C (176°F) can result in a 2- to 5-fold increase in growth hormone levels, compared to baseline measurements.
    • Another report indicated that short-term, high-temperature sauna sessions (about 80–100°C / 176–212°F) can lead to even larger acute spikes—some studies have shown increases up to 16-fold under very specific, intense conditions (e.g., repeated sessions in a single day).
  2. Repeated Exposures Enhance the Effect

    • Research suggests that consistent, repeated sauna sessions over a short period (for instance, daily or every other day for 2 weeks) may sustain elevated HGH levels more effectively than infrequent sessions.
  3. Mechanism

    • The temporary increase in core body temperature and mild stress response from heat exposure triggers the release of various hormones, including growth hormone. Elevated pulse rate, increased blood flow, and heat-shock protein activation may all play roles in this process.
