You will sit down 1 on 1 with your coach and go over your short and long term goals, your training, nutrition and injury history, how many days or time you will have to commit to your health and plenty more!
Every week you will work with your Coach. Your Coach will follow the program and will be constantly re evaluating your progress. And will push you to your limits thats within reason towards your lifestyle and goals

This is great to get a better understanding of what fitness level you are at, your strengths and weaknesses, any injuries or niggles, imbalances and how your body moves. This will help us determine how to train your body to get you towards your goals faster and safely.

From the results from your client questionnaire and both your physio and fitness assessments, your coach will write a personalised training program specifically for you.
